Back to Ballet!!!!

Sydney started her ballet classes today. We know we are not going to be here for all the recitals, but she really wanted to go for as long as we could. We'll at least get to go for 7 more weeks. She loves to get there early and prance around in front of the mirror....she's a true Aries for sure!!! :)

Our next chef!!!

Sydney got this great kids cookbook from her Aunt Susan, and has been dying to make something from it.  Of course I picked the least messiest thing since we were on our way out the door for Wednesday night church.  The little mini pizzas turned out great and she had a blast doing it.  Who knows what we'll be cookin' up next??

First day of Kindergarten!!!

Okay, this was a fun day for her, but I cried like a baby all the way home! She got a great teacher, Misty Loden, and Miss Julia is her assistant. Sydney jumped right in and seems like she's going to love it here. I can't believe how fast she's growing, it certainly goes way too fast for me!!!

Meadowlake Park in Enid OK

We have such a neat little park back at home called Meadowlake. They have a cute little train, airplanes, cars, and a carousel. The kids love it, and Grandpa and Aunt Susan love to take them and watch how excited they get!

Luke's 3rd birthday

We decided to celebrate Luke's birthday a little early this year since we were in Oklahoma with family. He doesn't actually turn 3 till the 12th, but it was nice to have some family around since we never do!! He got a big boy bike from Mimi and Papa, a big 16'' one! I didn't think he would be able to ride it, but boy was I wrong! He took off on it like he had been riding for years! Yes, I had a little tear in my eye! Happy Birthday Luke, we love you!!!!
